Receive mailings and robo calls in my home language?Make sure the school has your “home language” listed in PowerSchool as the language in which you want to receive information.
Ask for what I need in the school office if no one else speaks my language?Write this phrase on paper or on your phone, and show it to the school office staff:

“Please use the telephonic interpreter
service for me to communicate with you.
I speak (write your language).”

Access CPS website information in my home language?Look for a colorful “G” and “Select Language” at the top of each web page. You can pick Arabic, French or Spanish from the drop-down box.

Request a Teacher Call Back

CPS teachers will be holding office hours each week to connect with students and parents – answering questions and offering feedback about academic content. Please make sure to check PowerSchool to ensure that CPS has your family’s correct phone number and email address. To request a call back from your child’s teacher, complete this form.
